Mplus significantly expanded its operations in Central and Eastern Europe with the acquisitions of Czech Conectart and Romanian Valoris and announced further expansion into new markets.
Key acquisition information
Mplus, the BPTO vertical of the Bosqar Invest Group, consolidates its market position in the region by acquiring more than 96% of the stake in Conectart, while the rest remains owned by the company’s management. The transaction was concluded on 15 April 2025.
At the same time, an agreement was signed to take over 100% of shares in Valoris, which is currently owned by two individual shareholders. The finalization of this transaction is expected after receiving regulatory approvals.
The total value of the company’s facility is estimated at 14 million euros, with which Mplus expands its operational presence and positions itself strategically for further expansion.

The acquisitions enable entry into the fast-growing Polish market and additionally strengthen operational capacities in Romania, which is crucial for the nearshore strategic group.
Synergy with existing operations in Slovakia and other countries enables the optimization of existing projects and the implementation of advanced technologies in new markets.
Prospects and further development
Mplus, as part of the Bosqar Group, now has more than 12,800 employees in 13 countries, and these acquisitions further strengthen its position among the leading European BPTO service providers, opening up space for further expansion and innovation in the customer support, IT and recruitment sectors.
