PLIVA HRVATSKA d.o.o., a member of the Teva Group, is proud to announce that Nikolina Dizdar Čehulić, a former member of the Management Board and Chief Financial Officer, will take over the position of President of the Company’s Management Board starting on May 1, 2025. Succeeds Mihael Furjan in this position, leaving the company after a highly successful ten-year mandate.
Nikolina Dizdar Čehulić started her professional career at the audit firm Arthur Andersen and continued at Ernst & Young. She joined PLIVA 2004 as a senior financial analyst and soon advanced to finance and strategic planning management positions. She gained international experience working for Teva Europe in the Netherlands as director of finance and accounting and for General Electric GBS as regional manager for Southeast Europe.
In 2013, she was appointed Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the PLIVA Management Board in charge of finance. During more than ten years in that position, she was key in optimizing operations, strengthening financial stability, and advancing the company’s strategic development. With rich experience in finance and management, she stood out for her commitment to developing talents within the organization, building strong teams, and implementing innovative business solutions.
By assuming the position of President of the Management Board, Nikolina will lead the company, which has been the leading pharmaceutical company on the Croatian market for a decade and has experienced continuous growth. Under her leadership, PLIVA will continue to build successes and achieve its mission of ensuring better health for patients in Croatia and the world.
