Mario Müller resigned from his position as a member of the Kraš Management Board, with effect from May 31, 2025, which was announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange. Although he was appointed for a four-year term in May 2023, he left the Board after less than two years, and the reasons for his departure have not been publicly explained.
During his tenure, Müller was in charge of key operational segments of the business, including production and maintenance, procurement, investments, and logistics. He has been employed in Kraš since 2014, first as a procurator for distribution companies in Serbia and Bosnia and Herzegovina, then as export director, and later as director of the Sales Department. From that position, he moved to the Management Board. Before coming to Kraš, Müller worked in Saponia for 15 years, of which the last five years as a member of the Management Board, and in 2011 he moved to the confectionery industry as a director of Kandit.
Kraš, the leading Croatian confectionery company with a centuries-old tradition, continues to operate with a focus on stability and development, while Müller’s successor will be appointed later.
