The year’s best and biggest HR event takes place from May 6 to 8 at the Lone Hotel in Rovinj. This year’s 13th edition brings a serious lineup.

Exactly one month separates us from the thirteenth edition of the HR Days conference—and no, this is not another friendly reminder; this is an invitation to the best and biggest HR event of the year!

Mark the dates: from May 6 to 8, the three-day edition of ‘HR Days’ awaits you at the Lone Hotel in Rovinj – this year, we’re not just talking about HR, we’re living it!

The program is ready for us; how about you?

What we cooked for you

This year’s edition brings a serious lineup of topics: we will talk about how to motivate employees and create an authentic leadership style, but also how to transform one’s internal blockages, recognize strengths, and break negative patterns. We will explore how a feedback culture can become a key tool for retaining people, why internal communication and a positive atmosphere are desirable and necessary, and how to recognize the risk of employee departure – before it is too late.

We’ll explore Total Rewards strategies—how to design salaries, benefits, and compensation that people really value. We will also discuss the impact of the EU directive on salary transparency, organizational transformation, and skills that make a difference: social insight, networking, and honesty. Finally, we will ask the question: What does it really mean to be a good leader in today’s (too) fast world?

And who leads through all of this?

The audience will be inspired by Cyriel Kortleven, author of the bestseller ‘The Change Mindset’, an internationally award-winning speaker known as The Simplifier because he turns complex changes into fun and understandable concepts. There is also Svante Randlert, one of the most sought-after speakers in Scandinavia, who will share his knowledge on attracting and retaining the best talent in the right places.

We are also joined by Anita Lettink, an expert on the future of work and HR transformation who has shaped strategies for the world’s largest organizations. Adrian Furnham is a psychology professor and motivational speaker with incredible academic and life experience.

Armin Trost, one of the most well-known HR experts, returns to ‘HR Days’ at the audience’s request because his performances always leave a mark. We also have Visa Myllyntaus, a Finnish author and consultant, who will bring insights on employer branding, DEI topics, and employee experience from the perspective of someone who has lived HR from the front line.

Even more workshops and networking

In addition to the program on the main stage, you will find plenty of professional workshops you don’t want to miss. We will also have two HR Talks that will discuss important topics: salary transparency, EU directives, and the integration of different workforces. There will be no scripts, no filter—honest, direct, and useful.

For informal networking, we have prepared relaxed formats: wine tasting and HR speed dating, cocktail tasting, and even a Latin dance workshop. We know the best contacts are made with good music and a relaxed atmosphere.

We also choose the Best regional HR practices

As icing on the cake, we will present the most innovative HR practices from the region—those that have truly changed the corporate culture, increased employee engagement, and made a measurable contribution to business success. The best of them will win the prestigious title of Best Regional HR Practice!

And of course – the HR Days party!

We will close the second day with a big party with Anta Gela & Band. After a day filled with knowledge and inspiration, it’s time to relax and celebrate!

We are hanging out from May 6th to 8th at the Lone Hotel in Rovinj!
